This is actually a part of some promotional art from NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams, the Wii sequel to NiGHTS: into Dreams that was on the Saturn. NiGHTS:JoD wasn't that good, really (and isn't even in Napalm's seach...), but I still heart the character and this particular image is pretty sweet.

Lol no, it wasn't good at all. Even by non-fantard standards.
It didn't help Sonic Team USA, the people who brought us the award-winning SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG worked on it, and it was headed by the least talented member of the original team who has the biggest ego I've ever seen and who now claims he came up with the franchise, not the two far more talented guys he worked with.
Also all the voice actors were Americans doing very very very fake British accents for some bizarre reason.
